It gives employees and candidates personalized guidance, profile and resume insights, growth plans, internal mobility paths, and opportunity recommendations while HR teams use Clous to coordinate hiring, skills, performance, learning, and workforce decisions. It is part of the platform, not a separately named assistant.
Clous imports more than candidates. Use drop-and-import for PDFs, DOCX, XLSX, images, resumes, job descriptions, course catalogs, employee lists, and other exports. We map candidates, jobs, courses, employees, and other people data while you review privacy, access, and source context. Migration integrations are one-time imports, syncing integrations keep HRIS or ATS data current, context integrations retrieve supporting information from tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft OneDrive, and Slack, and application integrations let teams use Clous agents inside tools like GitHub, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Linear.
No, we don't train our AI with your data for several reasons. First, the cost of doing so would be very high. Second, we lack the expertise to effectively train AI with external data. Third, the current design of our product wouldn't see substantial improvement from this approach. Finally, many of our users prefer not to have their data used in this way. Therefore, we have chosen not to incorporate user data into our AI training process.
